Tibet Wears is a micro-enterprise in Kathmandu consisting of just two people, Baburam and Arjun. The two of them make shirts, fill orders, and doing everything else it takes to run a business. A few years back they partnered with a local weaver named Basanta Kumar. Basanta is a self taught weaver who started with one and eventually a second loom but now has 36 electric looms and employs 20 weavers. He makes the embroidered fabric from which these beautiful shirts are made.
