It takes a lot of people to keep HumanKind running, and our dynamic team is made up of board members, volunteers and paid staff. We are kind, creative, and passionate about making a positive change in our world through fair trade.
Our volunteer team has been a driving force behind our organization since we first opened our doors. These days, our volunteers assist in the shop and are responsible for helping customers, ringing up sales, pricing new items, and keeping the shop clean and tidy. Full Time Sales Lead
The full time Sales Lead is responsible for daily operations on the sales floor. This includes interacting with customers, overseeing other sales associates and volunteers, keeping the shop fresh and organized, managing incoming shipments, and creating a welcome environment for everyone that walks in our doors. We are looking for a new team member who cares about our mission to provide work for artisans around the world and wants to grow with us. Additional responsibilities may be assigned, such as social media, ordering supplies, or volunteer coordinating, depending on the strengths and interests of the individual.
