Your order will be shipped from our location in 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS either First Class or Priority Mail. Both of these options take an additional 1-3 days to arrive at your door. We only ship within the USA at this time.



Returns can me made for any reason within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Requests for return must be issued within 30 days of the original order. Any request issued after 30 days may be rejected. Returned items must be in new condition with tags. Sales are final on discounted items and food items. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping.

To request a return or exchange, log in to your account and then navigate to “My Orders.” Click “view” and then follow the prompts for a return at the bottom of the page. If your item arrived damaged, please make note of it in this process. Once we receive your request, we will authorize the return and email shipping instructions to you.

If you do not have an online account with us, please email [email protected] and we will send you return shipping instructions.

When we have received your returned item(s), we will either refund your credit card or send the replacement item(s) (provided we have the inventory) with in 1-2 business days. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. If an item has arrived damaged, we will send you a replacement item and will cover the cost of the return shipping if necessary.
