The peppers harvested for the smoked chipotle chili flakes are grown by Fire Tongue Farm in the cool coastal climate of Santa Cruz and the warm inland climate of Hollister, CA. Dedicated to maintaining a healthy environment, Fire Tongue Farms rotates between grazing sheep and growing peppers. This rotation builds healthy soil and prevents erosions.
