Baabuska is a fair trade supplier that supports women makers in Nepal. They specialize in cozy, handmade slippers that are made out of natural and sustainable materials like wool, leather, and rubber. It takes about half of a day to make one pair of slippers. Once complete, each woman "signs" the slippers with their signature stitch. Check your slippers for the signature and find out who made yours!
Each maker earns a fair wage, which allows them to send their children to school and plan for the future. In addition to creating fair-paying jobs, Baabuska donates a percentage of their sales to Global Citizen, an international organization that works to end extreme poverty.
