Belart, a member of the Fair Trade Federation, was founded in 2015 by a multigenerational team of women (grandmother, mother and daughter). Passionate about uplifting girls and women through fair trade, the Belart founders believe that “we are each dependent upon one another and thus responsible for each other and for future generations.” By connecting low-income artisans to the global marketplace, Belart enables artisans to earn a living wage and provide for their families and communities.
