This box set features three snowflake ornaments. Each one is ethically handcrafted by fair trade artisan in Vietnam using intricate paper quilling techniques. Perfect for gift giving or adding to your holiday collection.
Quilling Card partners with skilled artisans in Vietnam to create ornaments using the ancient art of quilling. Using a quilling pen, the artisan will thread strips of Kishu paper (a high-quality, Japanese paper) through the tool and rotate it around to create a tight coil. Each coil is relaxed and molded with fingers or tweezers until the desired shape is attained. The quilled shapes are glued together to form the final design.
