This item is from Malia Designs, a collective of three women-led enterprises in Cambodia who are dedicated to fighting human trafficking in Southeast Asia. They employ over 300 artisans, mostly women and people with disabilities, who are most vulnerable to the industry. As a member of the Fair Trade Federation, Malia Designs ensures that all artisans have a safe working environment and fair, stable wages. Additionally, Malia Designs donates to anti-trafficking organizations in Cambodia and the US, and supports a Cambodian-based nonprofit that assists vulnerable children and their families.
